Commence at the point on the West boundary, a distance of 15.00 feet Southerly of the Northwest corner of Lot 7, PINELLAS PARK INDUSTRIES, as recorded in Plat Book 64, Page 5, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida for the Point of Beginning; thence Northerly along the West boundary of said Lot, a distance of 15.00 feet to the Northwest corner of said Lot; thence Easterly along the North boundary of said Lot, a distance of 15.00 feet; thence Southwesterly to the Point of Beginning.
