Commencing at the Northeast corner of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 6, thence run along the East boundary of the Southeast 1/4 South 01Ëš04'46” East, 810.65 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence South 89Ëš11'08” West, 327.50 feet to the West boundary of the East 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 , of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 6; thence along said West boundary South 01Ëš07'22: East, 151.57 feet, thence North 89Ëš11'08” East, 327.39 feet to the West Right-of-Way line of Orange River Loop Road; thence along said West Right-of-Way line North 01Ëš04'46” West, 151.57 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
