NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 18, 2011 entered in Civil Case No.: 2009-CA-062109 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Fort Myers, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 am on the 20 day of June, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
unit no. 104, building f, of mandolin bay villas, a condominium, according to the declaration of condominium thereof, as recorded in o.r. book 4486, page 4344, of the public records of lee county, florida, together with an undivided interest in and to the common elements as described in said declaration of condominium and including but not limited to the use of two automobile parking spaces numbered 104 being limited common elements for said unit.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
