NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 18, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-057250 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Indenture Trustee for American Home Mortgage Investment Trust 2007-1, Plaintiff and Michael J. Sears a/k/a Michael Sears are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on June 17, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
lot 12, and the west 10 feet of lot 10, the east 20 feet of lot 14, block g, of wm jeffcott subdivision, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 1, page 40, f the public records of lee county, florida.
