NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-066602 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and PHYLLIS ROEBUCK, AS TRUSTEE OF THE ROEBUCK REVOCABLE TRUST, DATED DECEMBER 15,2005; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE THE ROEBUCK REVOCABLE TRUST, DATED DECEMBER 15,2005; ROBERT P. ROEBUCK; PHYLLIS ROEBUCK, INDIVIDUALLY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 17 day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
