HUXTABLE; DIXIE R. HUXTABLE A/K/A DIXIE HUXTABLE; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; LEXINGTON COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION INC.; WATERFORD AT LEXINGTON CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 17 day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
