Lot 9, Block 5, COLFAX CITY SUBDIVISION, according to Map or Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 15, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, upon BLAXBERG, GRAYSON, KUKOFF & TWOMBLY, P.A., Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 25 SE 2nd Avenue, Suite 730, Miami, FL 33131, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this notice June 27, 2011 and file the original with the clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately there after, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
