NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment Foreclosure filed January 3, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 36-2010-CA-056764 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 6 day of July, 2011, at 9:00 a.m. at website: https://www.lee.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 3, block 126, unit 10, north 1/2 section 27, township 44 south, Range 26 east, lehigh acres, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 15 page 1 to 101, inclusive, of the public records of lee county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other then the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
