NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 18, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 07-CA-004257 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Deutsche bank trust company americas as trustee, Plaintiff, and maria jose lazo; roberta jaimes porcallo a/k/a roberto jaimes porcallo; iris mena; any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual defendant(S) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees or other claimants; john doe n/k/a martha mena, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, on the Public Auction website of Lee County, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 20 day of June, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
lot 15, block 26, unit 4, section 25, township 44 south, range 26 east, lehigh acres, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 15, page 70, of the public records of lee county, florida.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
