NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale of Foreclosure dated May 08, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 08009521CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 27th day of June, 2011, at 10:00 a.m. at website: https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 7, WHITE'S LAKE SUBDIVISION, AS SHOWN IN PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 43, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
