NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 18 day of May, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2008-CA-023615, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE SERVICING INC. is the Plaintiff and VLADIMIR SYKORA, LIBITINA LAND TRUST, OF WHICH VLADIMIR SYKORA IS A TRUSTEE AND NOT PERSONALLY, POSSESSING FULL POWER AND AUTHORITY OF THE TRUSTEE TO PROTECT, CONSERVE, AND SELL, TO LEASE, TO ENCUMBER OR OTHERWISE TO MANAGE AND DISPOSE OF REAL PROPERTY DESCRIBED HEREIN, UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF TRUST AGREEMENT DATED THE 20TH DAY OF FEBRUARY, 2007, JANE DOE and JOHN DOE IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM on the 17 day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 18, FRANKLIN PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 72, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
