PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT Stearns Bank, N.A., as successor to First State Bank by asset acquisition from the FDIC as receiver for First State Bank (the “Plaintiff”), by and through its attorneys, filed a complaint (the “Complaint”) in the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida.
1. In the Complaint, the Plaintiff seeks relief against defendant, Chester E. Storseth.
2. This is an action for damages in excess of $15,000.00. The Complaint alleges damages resulting from the default of certain loan documents (the “Loan Documents”) and seeks foreclosure of certain liens and interests in real property. The Loan Documents, as more fully described in the Complaint, include, but are not limited to the following:
a. Consumer Security Agreement;
b. Consumer Pledge Agreement;
c. Promissory Note;
d. Memorandum of Occupancy Agreement;
e. Assignment and Bill of Sale;
f. Allonge; and
g. Assignment of Proprietary Lease.
3. This action is pending in the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida.
4. The real property is located in Pinellas County, Florida, and is more fully described as:
Unit/Lot No. 11-I of POINTE WEST RESIDENT OWNED COMMUNITY, a Cooperative Mobile Home Community located at 12651 Seminole Boulevard, Largo, Florida 33778, according to Exhibit “B” (the “Plot Plan”) attached to the Declaration of Master Form Occupancy Agreement recorded in Official Records Book 154348, Page 878, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and legally described in Exhibit “A” attached to the Declaration of Master Form Occupancy Agreement, which is incorporated herein by reference.

5. The Defendant is required to file written defenses with the Clerk of the Court and to serve a copy within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice on Stephenie Biernacki Anthony, Esq., Anthony & Partners, LLC, 201 N. Franklin Street, Suite 2800, Tampa, Florida 33602, attorney for the Plaintiff.
