YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following described property to-wit:
Lot 127, Gulf Breeze Estates, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 27, Page 57 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
more commonly known as 2316 LANCASTER DR, CLEARWATER, FL 33764-6583.
This action has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, to it on the Plaintiff's atorney, FLORIDA FORECLOSURE ATTORNEYS, PLLC, whose address is 601 Cleveland Street, Suite 690, Clearwater, FL 33755, on or before 30 days after the date of first publication, response due by June 27, 2011, and file the original with the Clerk of the Circuit Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
