NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 17, 2011and entered in Case No. 10-CA-058010 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida , wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR PHH 2007-1 is a Plaintiff and DAVID C. STEWART; SUE L. STEWART; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; THE HARBOR CLUB AT LIGHTHOUSE BAY, INC.; are the Defendants. CHARLIE GREEN as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 am on August 15, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 130-102, LIGHTHOUSE BAY VILLAS FOUR, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLRATION THEREOF, RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3688, PAGE 10, AS MAY BE AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
