NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 21, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 09-CA-064790 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein u.s. bank national association, as trustee of mastr adjustable rate mortgages trust 2007-3, Plaintiff, and tasman clarke a/k/a tasman clark and leteria clarke a/k/a leteria clark, his wife, jane doe n/k/a victoria rupe, john doe n/k/a james rupe, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, on the Public Auction website of Lee County, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 22nd day of June, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
lot 20, in block 20, unit 4, section 12, of township 45 south, range 27 east, of lehigh acres, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 15, at page 226, of the public records of lee county, florida.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
