NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 12, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-059002, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. the bank of new york mellon fka the bank of new york as trustee for certificateholders of alternative loan trust 2003-12, mortgage pass through certificates series 2003-12 is Plaintiff and adrian dominguez; midalys dominguez; any any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under and against the herein named individual defendant(S) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said UNKNOWN parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees or other claimants; john doe and; jane doe as unknown tenants in possession; suntrust bank; are defendants.
