NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 17, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-066415 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which GMAC Mortgage Corporation, is the Plaintiff and Larry McMahon a/k/a Lawrence McMahon, Leticia McMahon, Jane Doe n/k/a Yatiana Mulgado, John Doe n/k/a Wilfredo Arauz, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 16 day of September, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
