The administration of the estate of ORVILLE M. TUCKER, SR, deceased, is pending under File Number 522011CP001307XXESXX in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 315 Court Street, Clearwater, Florida 33756. The decedent died testate and the date of the decedent's Will admitted to probate is January 13, 1977. The names and addresses of the Personal Representative and the Personal Representative's attorney are set forth below.
Any interested person upon whom this notice is served who intends to challenge the validity of the will, the qualifications of the Personal Representative, venue, or jurisdiction of the court, is required to file such objection with the court within three months after the date of service of a copy of this notice on that person.
Any person upon whom this notice is served who has a claim against the estate of the decedent is required to file such claim with the court within the later of three months after the date of the first publication of this notice or 30 days after he date of service of a copy of this notice on that person.
Any persons who are not known to the Personal Representative and whose names or addresses are not reasonably ascertainable must file all claims against the estate within three months after the date of the first publication of this notice.
ALL OBJECTIONS AND CLAIMS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
