unit 213, building 2, village creek condominium, a condominium, according to the declaration of condominium recorded under clerk's number 2005000192444, and amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof, of the public records of lee county, florida.
and commonly known as: 2835 winkler avenue #213, Ft. myers, fl 33916; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at: www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, on June 20, 2011 at 9:00 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
