NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 19 day of May, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-CA-070376, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein suntrust bank is the Plaintiff and william seroll; karl bouldoukian as manager metropolitan mortgage & finance llc; metropolitan mortgage & finance llc; william seroll as manager metropolitan mortgage & finance llc; karl bouldoukian; unknown tenant (S); john doe; jane doe as IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the www.Lee.realforeclose.com website on the 20 day of June, 2011, at 9:00 am the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lots 24 and 25, block 4266, unit 60, cape coral, according tot he plat thereof as recorded in plat book 19, pages 154 through 169, of the public records of lee county, florida.
