NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 29, 2011, and entered in Case No.08-000097-CI-21, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein MANDALAY BEACH CLUB OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and KLARA HORVATH AS TRUSTEE for RECB Trust is Defendant, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on July 1, 2011, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 502 of MANDALAY BEACH CLUB PHASE II, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 125, Pages 37 through 51 and amended in Condominium Plat Book 127, Pages 1 through 15, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 11902, Page 359, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with its undivided interest or share in the common elements, and any amendments thereto; the street address of which is: 10 Papaya Street #502, Clearwater, FL 33767.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
