NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on May 18, 2011, in Case No. 10-CA-59908 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit for Lee County, Florida, in which US Acquisition, LLC is Plaintiff and speath development, llc, a limited liability company, matthew s. speath, ellis h. speath, individually and d/b/a as speath engineering, susan carol speath, cypress lakes commercial land property owners association, inc., punta rassa condominium association, inc., and sanibel harbour yacht club condominium association, inc., claiming by through or under named defendants, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statues, beginning at 9:00 a.m. or soon thereafter as sale may proceed, on the 22nd day of June, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Condominium Unit 231, SANIBEL HARBOUR YACHT CLUB, a Condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded by Instrument No. 2006000142556, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
to this Notice, including but not limited to the realty, and any building permits or developmental rights.
Together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenance thereto belonging the Property. A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the Foreclosure Sale.
