Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a final judgment of foreclosure in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as follows:
Unit R-307 (“Unit”) CAPTIVA VILLAS, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium, thereof as recorded in Instrument Number 2006000478367, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida
at public sale, in the presence of the Plaintiff, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, on August 4, 2011, beginning at 9:00 a.m., pursuant to the terms of the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure and in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
