NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 17, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-009915-CI, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein MANDALAY BEACH CLUB OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and SC TRUSTEES SERVICES, LLC is Defendant, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on July 1, 2011, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Parcel: Unit No. 801, Phase II, MANDALAY BEACH CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 124, Page(s) 37 through 51 inclusive, and amended in Condominium Plat Book 127, Page(s) 1 through 15 inclusive, being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 11902, page 359 et seq., and Amended in Official Records Book 12261, page 1484 et seq., Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the Common Elements appurtenant thereto, and any amendments thereto; the street address of which is: 10 Papaya Street, #801, Clearwater, FL 33767.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
