NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 24, 2011, entered in the above captioned action, Case No. 2010-CA-015061-CI, KEN BURKE, Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date on July 25, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
LOT 111, BEACON RUN-UNIT 2, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 83, Page 25, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
