SAN MARTIN, SANTIAGO SANMARTIN; CITICAPITAL COMMERCIAL CORPORATION, A DISSOLVED CORPORATION; MARYSOL SAN MARTIN A/K/A MARYSOL SANMARTIN; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.
