YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that pursuant to an Amended Final Judgment for Deferred Judgment in Foreclosure and for Assessment of Reasonable Attorney's Fees After Breach of Deferred Judgment entered in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein the cause is pending under docket number 09-CA-50300, the Honorable Charlie Green, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, will offer for sale at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 22nd day of June, 2011, the following described properties:
REAL PROPERTY
The following described is a parcel of land lying in Section 36, Township 43 South, Range 25 East, Lee County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a concrete monument found marking the Northwest corner of said Section 36; thence North 89°06'00” East, along the North section line of said Section 36 for a distance of 936.48 feet to the common corners of the Northeast corner of a parcel of land described in Deed Book 212, Page 74 and the Northwest corner of the parcel of land described in Deed Book 277, Page 407; thence South 18°23'00” East, along the line common to said parcels of land described in said Deed Book 212, Page 74 and Deed Book 277, Page 407, (said line being perpendicular to State Road 80) for a distance of 853.00 feet to a point on the North right of way of State Road 80, said point also marking the common corner of the Southeast corner of the parcel of land described in Deed Book 212, Page 74 and the Southwest corner of the parcel of land described in Deed Book 277, Page 407; thence proceed North 71°37'00” East along said North right of way of State Road 80 for a distance of 120.00 Feet to the Point of Beginning of the land herein described.
1. Thence continue North 71°37'00” East along said right of way line a distance of 149.00 feet to the common corner of the Southeast corner of the parcel of land described in Deed Book 277, Page 407 and the Southwest corner of the parcel of land described in Official Records Book 515, Page 216;
2. Thence North 18°23'00” West, along the common line separating the land described in Deed Book 277, page 407 and Official Records Book 515, Page 216 (said line also being perpendicular to State Road 80), for a distance of 290.40 Feet;
3. Thence South 71°37'00“ West, for a distance of 149.00 feet;
4. Thence South 18°23'00” East, for a distance of 290.40 feet to the Point of Beginning.

All now owned and hereinafter acquired inventory, equipment, fixtures, accounts, chattel paper, documents, instruments, accounts receivable, general intangibles, and all rents, issues, profits, products and proceeds thereof wherever any of the foregoing is located.
