Unit 101, Building 33, of Prentiss Pointe, a Condominium, Phase VI, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in O.R. Book 4839, Page 3604, and all amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with all appurtenances thereto appertaining as specified in said Declaration of Condominium, as amended.
