NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 23, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-057695 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at On Line at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at 09:00 AM on the 22 day of June, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
unit 3712, marbella at spanish wells iii, a condominium according to the declaration of condominium thereof, as recorded under clerk's file number #2006000158772, and any amendments thereof; together with an undivided interest in the common elements declared in said declaration of condominium to be appurtenance to the above described unit; said instruments being recorded and said land situate, lying and being in lee county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
