NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 18, 2010, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-061883 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Third Federal Savings and Loan Association A/K/A Third Federal Savings and Loan Association of Cleveland is the Plaintiff and Deborah L. Jansen and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash held at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 23 day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 77 and 78, block 1811, cape coral, unit 45, according to the plat recorded in plat book 21, page 128, inclusive, in the public records of lee county, florida.
if you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk of court no later than 60 days after the sale. if you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. after 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
