NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 24, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-051637 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Indenture Trustee for American Home Mortgage Investment Trust 2006-1, Mortgage-Backed Notes, Series 2006-1, Plaintiff and Norma A Ortiz a/k/a Norma Ortiz and Edgardo J. Arce, Wife and Husband are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on June 24 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lots 63 and 64, block 5801, unit 88, cape coral subdivision, according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat book 24, pages 127 to 143, inclusive, in the public records of lee county, florida.
