BANKUNITED, ASSIGNEE OF THE FDIC, AS RECEIVER FOR BANKUNITED, FSB is Plaintiff and MARY KRUPP; ERIK O. KRUPP; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; TOWNHOMES I AT BELLA TERRA ASSOCIATION, INC.; BELLA TERRA OF SOUTHWEST FLORIDA, INC.; are defendants.
