condominium parcel: unit NO. 97, of island park village, section iii, a condominium, according to the plat thereof and being further described in that certain declaration of condominium recorded in o.r. book 1732, page(S) 3490 through 3585, inclusive, together with such additions and amendments to said declaration as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. all as recorded in the public records of lee county, florida.
and commonly known as: 17563 island inlet court unit 97, fort myers, fl 33908; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at: www.lee.realforeclose.com, on June 27, 2011 at 9:00 am.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
