NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Condominium Parcel: Unit No. 106, of Bay View Villas, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 46, page(s) 96-100, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 10723, page 355 et seq., together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto; all as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 19807 Gulf Boulevard, Unit 106, Indian Shores, Florida, 33785.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
