Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment entered on May 26, 2011, in Case No.: 10-CA-060332 in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which regions bank is the Plaintiff, and ROBERT MICHAEL O'MALLEY, et al., are the Defendants, I, Charlie Green, the Lee County Clerk of the Court, will sell at public sale the following described real property:
Unit No. 302, Building 2, of Tuscany Court, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 4866, Page 4002, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and any amendments thereto, together with it undivided share in the common elements.
The sale will be held June 27, 2011, Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes to the highest and best bidder for cash, in accordance with §45.031, Fla. Stat. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
