LOMBANA; OLGA L CORTES A/K/A OLGA LUCIA CORTEZ PENA; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; CHAMPIONS GREEN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A OLGA LOMBANA are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 25 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 314, BUILDING 3, CHAMPIONS GREEN, A CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM COMMUNITY ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2285, PAGE 3348 THROUGH 3441, INCLUSIVE, AND AS AMENDED PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION. TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION AND ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO
