NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 11, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-22410-CI-07 UCN: 522009CA022410XXCICI of the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Carrington Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2005-FRE1 Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates is Plaintiff and DOLORIS A. STRUZIK; BELLEAIR FOREST CONDOMINIUM, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, KEN BURKE, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at Pinellas County, Florida, at 10:00 a.m. on the 27th day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL DESCRIBED AS UNIT 112, BUILDING II, BELLEAIR FOREST, A CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF BELLEAIR FOREST, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5018, PAGE 1650-1712 AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 41, PAGES 76-84 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
