NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 10 day of May, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2010-CA-051177, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein federal national mortgage association is the Plaintiff and edward f. nowacki a/k/a edward nowacki, asset acceptance llc, international fidelity insurance company, cynthia curtis, patricia kurtz and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, www.Lee.realforeclose.com, 9:00 AM on the 8 day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 1 AND 14, BLOCK 15, UNIT 2, SECTION 1, LAKEVILLE, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 298, AT PAGES 303 THROUGH 306, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
