NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, pursuant to Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 a.m., on the 25 day of July, 2011 that certain parcel of real property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as follows:
The North 100 feet of the West 225 feet of the North 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4, Section 35, Township 43 South, Range 24 East, Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
