NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 17, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-7873-CO-42, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DOUGLAS ARMS EDINBURGH HOUSE, A CONDOMINIUM, is Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST BENITO A. D'ALESSIO, Deceased, LINA ACHORN are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on June 22, 2011, in an online sale at 10:00am, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Apartment No. 305, of DOUGLAS ARMS EDINBURGH HOUSE, A CONDOMINIUM, according to Condominium Plat Book 3, pages 64 and 65, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 3003, page 254, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
