Notice is given that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in Case No.: 11-002222-CO County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in which, BERMUDA BEACH BAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, and the Defendants are DONALD CHRISTIANSON; REPUBLIC MORTGAGE OF CHERRY HILL, INC.; PARKWAY MORTGAGE, INC. and ; NATIONSCREDIT HOME EQUITY SERVICES. The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on June 29, 2011, the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure:
