NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 18, 2011, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-015761, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. BANKUNITED is Plaintiff and GIORGIO ARISTO A/K/A GEORGE MICROUTSICOS; MELODY ARISTO A/K/A MELODY MICROUTSICOS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; DOLPHIN REEF CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 15 day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO. 406, DOLPHIN REEF CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 50, PAGES 74 THROUGH 80 INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O. R. BOOK 5190, PAGE 1766 ET SEQ., PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND ANY AMENDEMENTS THERETO.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
