NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 18, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-08019-CI-15, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. BANKUNITED, is Plaintiff and ERIC M. THOMSEN, if living and if deceased, any unknown party who may claim as heir, devisee, grantee, assignee, lienor, creditor, trustee or other claimant, by, through under or against ERIC M. THOMSEN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ERIC M. THOMSEN; JOHN DOE; MARY DOE AND/OR ALL OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 5 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 8, Block 9, REPLAT OF PALLANZA PARK, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages 1 through 4, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
