SCUDDER; RACHEL E. SCUDDER; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC; EASTWOOD SHORES CONDOMINIUM NO. 5 ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on July 5, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT NO. 904 OF BUILDING 900 OF EASTWOOD SHORES CONDOMINIUM NO. 5, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED JANUARY 5, 1982 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5292, AT PAGE 1622, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS DECLARED IN THE SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, TO BE AN APPURTENANCE TO THE ABOVE DESCRIBED UNIT.
