NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on May 24, 2011, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, in which SYNOVUS BANK f/k/a United Bank and Trust Company, is Plaintiff, and ROBERT M. JOCKERS, P.A., a Florida professional corporation, NANCY CAROL ANGEL, as personal representative of the estate of Robert M. Jockers, Deceased, DAVID T. HOBBS, and HOBBS CHIROPRACTIC, INC., a Florida corporation, Defendants, the Clerk of this Court, will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, in accordance with chapter 45, Florida Statutes, described as:
LOT 8, LESS THE SOUTH 20 FEET THEREOF, BLOCK 2, “CASA-MIA”, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 19, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 5001 - 9TH AVENUE N, ST. PETERSBURG, FL 33710; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at an online sale at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on June 29, 2011, at 10:00 a.m.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
