YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, LAURELWOOD CONDOMINIUM I ASSOCIATION, INC, herein in the following described property:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of UNIT NO. 10-A, of LAURELWOOD CONDOMINIUM 1, A CONDOMINIUM and an unidvided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in O.R. Book 4145, Pages 1040 through 1086, and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 17, Pages 44 through 46, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 2268 Oak Neck Drive, #A, Clearwater, Florida, 33763.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before July 5, 2011, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
