IN RE: ESTATE OF
WILLIAM C. WILBUR, JR.,
DECEASED
William C. Wilbur, Jr., a resident of Pinellas County, Florida, who died on April 25, 2011, was the grantor of a trust titled: WILLIAM C. WILBUR, JR. AND MARTHA H. WILBUR TRUST (Amended and Restated) dated September 15, 1978, and fully amended and restated by Sixth Amendment on April 9, 1997, and further amended by Seventh Amendment dated July 22, 2008, which is a trust described in Section 733.707(3) of the Florida Probate Code, and is liable for the expenses of the administration of the decedent's estate and enforceable claims of the decedent's creditors to the extent the decedent's estate is insufficient to pay them, as provided in Section 733.607(2) of the Florida Probate Code.
The name and address of the successor trustee is set forth below.
The clerk shall file and index this notice of trust in the same manner as a caveat, unless there exists a probate proceeding for the grantor's estate in which case this notice of trust must be filed in the probate proceeding and the clerk shall send a copy to the personal representative.
