Notice is hereby given that R. B. Shore, Clerk of Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, will, on the June 28, 2011 at 11:00 AM, conduct through the Internet for Manatee County foreclosures at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Manatee County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 11, Block B, United Industrial Park, as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 21, Pages 106 and 107, inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on May 18, 2011 in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is First Federal Bank of Florida, as Successor in Interest to Flagship National Bank vs. Chouinard Suncoast Properties, LLC, et al, and the Case number of which is number 2010 CA 008797.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
