Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on May 19, 2011, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida described as:

SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS ACROSS THE EASTERNMOST 13 FEET FOR SAID LAND IN CONNECTION WITH EASEMENT OF 13 FEET FOR LOTS 13, 14, 15, 16 AND 17, BLOCK G, OF SAID SUBDIVISION FOR PRIVATE ROADWAY TO PROVIDE COMMON ACCESS TO ALL LOTS LAST MENTIONED, WITH THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE ENTIRE EASEMENT BEING HEREBY GRANTED TO THE GRANTEES.
and commonly known as: 4512 9TH ST W, BRADENTON, FL 34207; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Manatee County public auction website at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on June 21, 2011 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
