LOT 35, DESEAR MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1015 59TH AVENUE TER E, BRADENTON, FL 34203; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Manatee County public auction website at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on June 21, 2011 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
